"We enjoyed having the car in Scotland and you all did a great job. The car was ready when I got there and Allan was there to meet us when we returned the car. Graeme and Steven were helpful when I needed them. Unfortunately we had some damage to the wheel and tire on our trip and I am still trying to get our credit card insurance to pay for the damage.
I did like having the MINI Clubman but it really was too big to drive on the roads in the Highlands. I guess next time I would get a smaller one. I also should have insisted on the automatic transmission as the gear shifting was not very precise and having to use my left hand made it awkward to keep my eye on the road and shift at the same time was a bit frustrating. This didn't have anything to do with you all so it was a lesson learned.
I think the cost was fair and the MINI was a great deal.
I hope I can return to Scotland again and will definately want to rent from you all."
